Terms of Service

Last updated November 3, 2026

Webyeo lets you build, publish and run a website and online store. By signing in, you agree to these terms. If you use Webyeo for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.

Your account

You must be at least 18 to have an account. You sign in with a link sent to your email, so keep that email account secure. You’re responsible for what happens under your account, including what any helpers you add do on your site.

Your content

What you put on your site stays yours. You give us permission to store, copy and display it as needed to run your site. You promise that you have the right to use everything you upload, including photos, text and logos.

What’s not allowed

You may not use Webyeo for:

If you sell through your site

You are the seller, not Webyeo. Payments are handled by Stripe under your own Stripe account, and Stripe’s terms apply. You’re responsible for your products, fulfilling orders, refunds, disputes, taxes and any fees Stripe charges. Sites you build may collect information from your visitors and customers. You’re responsible for handling it lawfully and for telling them how you use it.

Removing content and closing accounts

We may take a site offline or close an account, with or without notice, if we believe it breaks these terms, puts people at risk, or if the law requires it. We’ll normally email you the reason. If you think we got it wrong, write to support@webyeo.com.

You can delete your sites at any time from your dashboard. To close your account, write to us.

Copyright complaints

If something on a Webyeo site infringes your copyright, report it with the site’s address, the work you own, the material you want removed, and your contact details. We remove infringing material, and may close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe.

Price

Webyeo is currently free to use. We’ll tell you before we start charging, and you can leave before any charge applies. Stripe’s own fees still apply to sales.

No guarantees

Webyeo is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running and your content safe, but we don’t promise that it will always be available or free of errors, and you should keep your own copies of anything important.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, Webyeo isn’t liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the past 12 months or $100. You agree to cover claims brought against us because of your content or your sales.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll let you know by email or in your dashboard. If you keep using Webyeo after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
