Privacy Policy
Last updated November 3, 2026
This policy explains what Webyeo collects and why. We don’t sell personal information, we don’t show ads, and we don’t use advertising or analytics trackers.
What we collect
- Account holders: your email address, your sign-in sessions, the date you accepted our terms, and everything you add to your sites, including photos.
- Helpers: the email address a site owner enters to give you access to their site.
- Sellers: your connected Stripe account ID and your store settings. Stripe collects your identity and bank details directly, and we don’t see them.
- Visitors who send a form on a site: whatever they enter, plus a scrambled version of their IP address used to limit spam.
- Customers who buy from a site: name, email, shipping address and what they ordered. Card details go to Stripe, and we never see them.
- People who report a site: the report, your email address if you give it, and a scrambled version of your IP address used to limit abuse.
Cookies and browser storage
We use one cookie, which keeps you signed in. A store’s cart is saved in the visitor’s own browser.
How we use it
We use this information to run Webyeo: signing you in, publishing sites, delivering form messages and orders, sending service emails, preventing abuse, and meeting legal duties.
Who we share it with
- Site owners: form messages and orders go to the owner of the site they were sent to. Each owner decides how they use that information.
- Cloudflare: hosts Webyeo and stores its data.
- Resend: sends our emails.
- Stripe: processes payments for sellers.
- Authorities: when the law requires it, or to protect people from serious harm.
How long we keep it
We keep account and site information while your account is open. Deleting a site removes it and its content from our live systems. Reports and records of decisions on them are kept so we can handle repeat abuse and meet legal duties.
Your choices
You can change or delete your sites from your dashboard and export your orders and form requests. To access, correct or delete your personal information, write to support@webyeo.com. If you sent a form or bought from a site, contact that site’s owner first, since they control that information. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law.
Children
Webyeo accounts are for people 18 and over.
Changes and contact
If we make a significant change, we’ll let account holders know. Questions go to support@webyeo.com.
